         Wow it's been a few weeks since I been on here. Which I do apologize. I have been so busy with Photoshoots and getting my business started that Ive invested a lot of time and effort these last few weeks. Hopefully my hardwork pays off.

    Well with all that being said, I've gotta tell you what Iam really excited about. My Partner and I have been putting our ideas to work. We have been trying to bring our creative sides together and partner up. First off let me tell you a little bit about "What it is".

What is it, you ask? 
Well Pretty Girls Makeup and Photography is basically a Makeup Arttist and a Photographer putting their skills and expertise together. We are partnering up and bringing u the best of makeup and photography by creating packages that gives our models the opportunity to get a head start in creating portfolios. We also have packages for family portraits and special events. (check out our list below for more detail).We choose a location, a theme or style and a makeup look for our clients. All packages include a full face of Makeup and a full photography session.

My name as you all know is mirian but they call me Mimi. Im a Makeup Artist. I live in  Orlando fl. My services are offered through out Florida. I am open to working all special events from face painting events and party's to Bridal events I've got u covered. Now enough about me let me tell you about my partner Learen Seaman. Lauren is a professional experienced photographer who is great to work with. She also has an interest for other crafts such as painting, henna and much more. As one of her favorite hobbies she love to paint. Hosting many party's and painting lessons is only the beginning . 

   We meet our clients, sit down and get to know each other to be able to put together the best package to fit our clients. Once the pictures are ready our clients can make the desision on how they want their pictures!!! That's always fun. 
       I feel that what sets us apart from other artist is us bringing our skills and our passion together doing what we love. To offer our clients the best of both worlds all in one place.

Threading over waxing

        I used to be all about waxing until one day I went to Walmart, yes Walmart !  I don't know why I thought that there was a waxing salon there but instead turned out to be a threading salon. Since I was already there I figured the least I can do was give it a try at least once. So I did and wow was I impressed or what! I used to have a lady that I would always go to . She was amazing at brow waxing, But unfortunately I ended up moving up to the Orlando area about a year ago and had to find a new place . Usually when u go get your brows done u often have someone recommending u somewhere but since I had just moved here I didn't know anyone one so I had to find some one by my self ! Which sucked ! After having a couple lady ruin my shape by waxing wrong!!!!! 
   
       I didn't give up that easily on waxing though .after the threading I went and tried waxing a couple times more. But I noticed that no matter how I compared the two , threading definitely comes in 1st. When I thread my eyebrow they seem to last longer then when I wax for instance I do my eyebrows about every 3 weeks to 1 month but when I wax it seems like 5 days later I need to pluck "lol" . And also the shape is very nice . I'm absolutely in love with threading .

Did it hurt you, you ask? Omg but of course! The very very, very ! first! Time I think I might of almost cried, but as it seems like every time I get the them threaded they hurt less and less. And it is also worth it for all of the compliments that I get for my brows so I guess that I can definitely say that I myself recommend this place any day!!!   GO SEVA!!!!!

Ideas for a portfolio anyone.....

         So me and my friend Lauren will be doing some work together. Which I'm totally excited about.we have a couple models so we definitely want to have different styles and makeup trends along with various backgrounds and themes. If anyone has any ideas or if you know of some great look for a portfolio or photo shoots please let me know. Ever  look for a lipstick that you love and just can't find anywhere because once you put it on your lips, it change colors... YES I KNOW we all go through that . Now I haven't found a solution, so I'm sorry to get you excited but at least for orange I can say different. I found one for you for me and for everyone who has this problem.            1 word for you...

They have a very nice Orange called Moroccan spice.  I'm actually wearing it right now in my lips are still Hydrated Creamy and Full of color!!!

Today i thought I'd write about my nail color!

 I'd like to tell you about a nail polish that I'm using from Lancome. It is a nice pink color somewhat reminds me of Strawberries and Raspberries. And Its actually where I got the name for my blog today " berry pink "  I absolutely love this nail color... I love the shiny finish it gives my nails, the texture of my nails it also made my nails feel hard n healthy :)
 .... And it also drys quickly Which is a plus.  I also used a top coat which is also from Lancôme. 
Now it would be nice if Lancome made some more colors like a pastel Yellow and Green or Orange for the spring time . Sometimes i like my nails to make a statement !

              The Clarisonic , For those of you that don't know , Is a cleansing brush the cleans your face  6x faster then any other brush but very gentle . It helps to improve your skin against acne . It just feels as awesome as it sound trust me I own one!

  

"Temporary picture "

 A friend of mine who has been using the Clarisonic every night for the last 2 months. Before using the Clarisonic she had acne problems with her skin ( a bit on the oily side )  now when u see her you really don't see any acne anymore ! she has been trying diffrent products and has not come across anything that would help clear up the acne until she found the Clarisonic which made an immediate improvement  !!!!.

So today i had no idea what look i was going for until i came across this beautiful lipstick color from Lancome ! which inspired my "Fotd" that i call vineyard!
         Up top is a photo of the makeup that i used . But i thought i'd let u know that i used the makeup at work from the Lancome counter because i do not have any lancome yet and I've been trying to use different products :)

So i tried to get all the names of the products , the only one i don't have is the lipstick and lip liner .....       which is my favorite !
